Thursday - Cafe and Cardio
Good morning!
I'm planning on doing my yoga this morning and then hitting the gym this afternoon. My food plan for today:
Breakfast - eggs
Snack - strawberries
Lunch - turkey and cheese roll
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - ricotta stuffed meatballs w/salad
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

OK I DID NOT DO SO WELL ON THE POUCH TEST....FINE DURING THE DAY BUT NOT AT NIGHT!
I DECIDED TO JUST GET SERIOUS ABOUT NOT EATING CARBS....I MEAN IT IS NOT LIKE WE CAN'T EAT JUST HAVE TO MAKE WISE DECISIONS...HERE IS MY PLAN FOR TODAY..I AM DOING MY BEST TO NOT CONSUME MANY CARBS AND THE ONES I DO HAVE TO BE "GOOD CARBS"

Hi Deb- Thanks for posting. It helps to know I am not alone out here. I am on day 10 BOT. I am logging my food on OH health tracker and keeping it under 1600 calories. Today I planned the food in the morning and made a few changes as the day progressed. It is going ok and I am tempted to lower my calories but I am afraid I will lose control of myself then. See you tomorrow. Just me
Thursday eating extraveganza:
Skillet breakfast - when i entered into OH tracker amounted to 720 calories - geez, who knew. I won't be making that again!
Lunch was a salad w/spinach, tom, mush and carrots w/1tbl ranch dressing. Made me sick, got the foamies but managed to avoid vomiting!
Dinner I polished off the remaining skillet for yet another 720 calories. Being on the steroids makes me ravenous but I only have one more week to go!
Nighttime snacking was a bowl of Kashi high protein and a peanut butter/fluff sand on white bread. When I write this I see how bad my eating really is!!! I will get BOT, I will get BOT, I will get BOT.
